The 2026 Bayfront Festival Park Season is just around the corner and we’re excited to present opportunities to be part of upcoming events. Please note that Trampled by Turtles will return next season on June 26, 2027.

 

The following events have joined together to offer a discounted pricing structure for those interested in taking part:

 

July 3rd – Party in the Park with Hairball (premiere cover band of the Midwest that typically draws between 7,000 to 8,500 patrons). Doors will open at 3:30pm and the event is 4-10pm.

• Food Vendor À la carte price - $341.55

• Craft/Merch Vendor À la carte price - $134.55

 

July 4th – Fourth Fest (Free community event with local music and the largest fireworks display in the upper Midwest. Typically draws between 10,000 to 12,000 attendees over the course of the day). Event will be from 4pm-11pm with fireworks at 10pm.

• Food Vendor À la carte price - $461.35

• Craft/Merch Vendor À la carte price - $185.07

 

July 3 & July 4 – Both Events 

• Food Vendor All-In price - $729.67 ($73.23 savings)

• Craft/Merch Vendor All-In price - $289.90 ($29.72 savings)

 

We have cited current and past attendance numbers as a guide. The cited attendance numbers above are not a guarantee of attendees and are meant to help with product and staffing. Weather will have an impact on what size audiences we’ll see this summer.

You may choose to vend for one or both shows. Vendors that choose to take advantage of both shows will not only save on fees, but will be placed closer to the center entrance and be able to remain in that space for each of these event days.

 

Prices are the same as 2025 for food and craft vendors.

 

Application Acceptance/Locations will be determined by the following criteria: Number of events and seniority of vendor. Food vendors will be given priority over craft vendors due to their higher cost of entry. Each space is 12’x20’.

 

There is a maximum limit of 2 of the same primary type of Food Vendors.

Examples:

• 2 Kettle Corn vendors = no additional Kettle Corn Vendors

• 2 burger vendors = no additional burger vendors

• 2 asian food vendors = no additional asian food vendors

We reserve the right to determine what primary food type means. For example, serving desserts like ice cream, donuts etc in addition to your primary menu doesn't mean that an ice cream only vendor would be precluded and vice versa. The goal is to not put too many of the same types of foods directly near each other. If the roster is full for the type of food you vend, we will issue an email informing you and a full refund.
